Requirement: The IAO will ensure that all modem phone lines are restricted to single-line operation without any special features such as the call forwarding capability.
By restricting modem phone lines to single-line operation, the risk of unauthorized access is limited by preventing the added functions of a multi-line to be used by an unauthorized person to gain access.
