Value Name: DisableLUAPatching
Type: REG_DWORD
Value: 1
Configure the policy value for Computer Configuration -> Administrative Templates -> Windows Components -> Windows Installer "Prohibit non-administrators from applying vendor signed updates" to "Enabled".
